EASTERTIDE
For over 3 months, from Ash Wednesday to Pentecost (May 27th, which brings Eastertide to a close) the Lord gives us countless opportunities to grow in faith, hope and love.
Lent has been cherished by us, preparing us for the wonders of Eastertide that stretch out before us now like sunlight shining on the ocean!
Holy Week and the great Easter Triduum have nourished us profoundly, deepening our faith, hope and love.
Throughout Eastertide the Risen Lord Jesus will reveal Himself to us in so many ways and help us to come to know the Holy Spirit better, who will enrich our lives beyond measure.
Here are some ways to help you to continue to grow in the new life Jesus has won for us:- |

· Use the ‘Walk with me’ booklet (see the back of Church)
· Come to Mass more than once a week to experience anew this gift from Heaven
· For your almsgiving, give to the vulnerable Church in the Holy Land (via the basket at the foot of the Paschal Candle) |

Just as throughout Lent we pondered on the ‘Grace of Baptism’, throughout Eastertide we’ll ponder on the ‘Grace of Confirmation’ |
